reflecting upon it just makes me very very much ashamed.

today i ran 400m heats.
it wasnt gd; lock said i ran like a long dist runner.
and i was quite startled to realise its true.
i have no speed, only stamina.
sigh.
next heats is 800m.
and wait, not heats. its finals. ARGH. :X

im determined to go train up for it!
